We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of purchase. Personalised or hand crafted items could take a little longer with a turnaround of up to 5 working days.
You'll receive an e-mail to let you know we've received your order, and another once your jewellery is on it's way to you. If you haven't received any e-mails, they may have gone into your junk folder!
Once your order is packed and ready to go, we send everything out via Royal Mail Tracked to ensure your precious jewellery arrives to you safe and sound.

π Next Day Delivery - arrives next working day by 1pm: Β£6.50
This applies to orders posted Monday to Friday and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Unfortunately we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom, but join our VIP List to be first to hear when we offer international delivery!
No problem! All of our orders are posted using Royal Mail Tracked. Youβll receive an email when your jewellery is on its way to you, together with a tracking number.
No one likes waiting around! If it's been longer than 3 days since your order was dispatched and it still hasn't reached you, please get in touch at hey@razzleandrose.com and we'll try our best to help π
We're sure you'll love your R+R pieces! However if something isn't right, email us at returns@razzleandrose.com within 14 days of order receipt and we'll do our best to make it right π

.π The quickest way to get a different item is to return your unwanted piece, and place a new order. Alternatively, once we have received the piece and approved the return, we can issue you with a gift card to use on our website so you can choose something fabulous!

Refunds do not apply to the following:
- Sale items
- Gift packaging
- Personalised jewellery
- Items that appear damaged or show signs of wear and tear

.We're so sorry this has happened! All pieces are personally checked before sending out to you, however in the unlikely event there is a problem, please email us with your order number, item name and details / photos / video of the defect or fault. Once agreed, we will offer you a refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
